This Family Pass is valid for skiing or snowboarding every day of the 2024/2025 winter season.

**The Family Pass is for 3 or more family members, and must include at least 1 Child or 1 Student (24 & Under). All family members must reside at the same address.**

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Children ages 6 & under ski for free at the resort.
- Children (aged 7 to 13) whose parents live in L'Anse-Saint-Jean and children (aged 7 to 13) who live and attend school in Bas-Saguenay receive additional discounts. To obtain the discount, please complete the online transaction at the price indicated and send an e-mail to info@montedouard.com with proof of residence and/or school attendance to obtain the discount.
- Please note that children in this same age category who do not wish to purchase a season pass will have access to 8 free tickets.
- For teenagers aged 14 to 17 who live in Bas-Saguenay and attend a Bas-Saguenay school, the resort is offering a 50% discount on the regular price of a season pass, previously offered at 20% off the regular price.
- All Bas-Saguenay students aged 18 to 24 will retain the 20% discount on the regular price of a season pass.

Pick-up Instructions

You can collect your ticket or ski pass during the station's ticket office opening hours. You must present a proof of your purchase to our attendant, either directly from your mobile phone screen or by presenting a printed copy. The attendant will ask you to provide a photo ID card and the credit card you made your purchase with.

If you have reloaded your ticket or ski pass on your RFID card, simply go to the lifts and enjoy!
