• Details

  This is a reservation for a camping space on a platform at the summit of Mont Edouard (1 tent per platform). Your site includes access to a dry toilet and access to the summit chalet to eat your meals. You must vacate your camping space by 11:00 a.m. EST the day after your stay. You can access the location identified on your reservation from 3:00 p.m. as the platforms are available to the public between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

   

  The platforms are located at the top of the mountain and take about 2 hours by foot to reach.

   

  Cancellation policy:

   

  An administrative cancellation fee of $10 applies to all cancellation requests.
  
  - If the decision to cancel is taken by the Mont Edouard resort, you will have the choice of:
  

  • Postponing the reservation to another date (free of charge)
  • Obtaining a refund for the full reservation, (free of charge)

  - If you decide to cancel your reservation:

  • More than 30 days before your arrival date: an administrative fee of $10 + 25% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
  • From 29 to 15 days before your arrival date: an administrative fee of $10 + 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
  • From 14 to 5 days before your arrival date: an administrative fee of $10 + 75% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
  • Less than 5 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

  Please present proof of your reservation to our attendant upon request, either directly from your mobile phone screen or by presenting a printed copy of your reservation. The agent may ask you to provide additional proof, such as a photo ID card and or the credit card you made your purchase with.
